The machine that cuts tamper-evident rings is our own design, covered by patent ZL 2022 2 2829413.3. A bought-in slitter is the usual reason bridge depth drifts across a run; ours is one we can change.

Zibo Yinde Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. moulds plastic closures and preforms in Zibo, Shandong. Mould development, injection moulding, tamper-ring slitting, printing and packing all happen on our own floor — and the slitting equipment is a machine we designed and hold a patent on.

Four things we can put a document behind.
Everything on this page is either a certificate you can look up or a number you can count. We have deliberately left out floor area and machine counts until we can evidence them — if you need those figures for a supplier form, ask and we will send what we can support.
- Intellectual property

Three utility-model patents covering the tamper-evident ring, the ring-slitting machine and the moulding feed assembly, plus one registered software copyright. Every certificate number is published on the quality page.
- Tooling
30/25 – 60 mm
Existing moulds across screw caps, carry handles, non-spill caps, decorative caps and PET preforms. Anything outside that range is a new tool, quoted up front.

Bottled and barrelled water, beverages, edible oil, health supplements and condiments — all food-contact applications, which is the only kind of packaging we make.

About three days from brief to a design proposal, about seven to a physical sample in your hand. Mould development runs longer and is quoted per project.
Applications
Everything we mould touches food or drink.
That is a narrower business than “plastic packaging”, on purpose. It means virgin food-contact resin is the default rather than an upgrade, and it is why the torque and seal checks matter more to us than the price of the shell.

One product family, not a catalogue of everything
Caps, handles, preforms and the bottles that go with them. We do not also offer you machinery, films and cartons — that pattern usually means a trading desk, not a floor.
We say what has not been tested
Product pages mark every quality check as pass, fail or not tested. We hold no third-party food-contact report yet, so those rows read not tested, and they will keep reading that until a lab says otherwise.
