OEM & ODM
Two ways in. If one of our existing necks already fits, you change the colour and the print and skip tooling entirely. If nothing fits, we cut a mould from your drawing or your sample — and that tool stays exclusive to you.
At a glance
Design — about 3 days from brief to proposal
Sample — about 7 days for a physical sample
Bulk lead time — 15–25 days after approval
Private mould — quoted per project, tool exclusive to you
Build the specification
Every photo below is a part we actually mould. The line under each one is the thing that matters: whether it needs a new tool. Five of these six do not.

Development timeline
Send the neck diameter, what goes in the bottle, the annual volume and the market. A photo of the bottle neck with a caliper across it is usually enough to start.
We tell you which existing moulds fit. If none do, you get the mould cost and the development schedule before anything starts.
Drawing and material recommendation, including the torque band we would set for your filling line.
Samples in your hand from existing tooling. Sample charge covers material cost only on small trial quantities.
You sign off shape, colour, print, liner and torque. That approved sample becomes the production reference.
Bulk run with in-process torque sampling, sealed liners in every carton, then FOB Qingdao with the document set.

Private moulds
A mould is the one decision on this page you cannot undo cheaply. These are the four questions we will ask you, and they are worth having answers to before you talk to anyone — us included.
A mould developed from your drawing or sample is exclusive to you. We do not sell that cap shape to anyone else — which is the whole point of paying for a private tool rather than buying from a catalogue.
Mould cost and development time are quoted up front, per project. Cavity count is part of that conversation, because it is what sets your unit price at volume.
Tell us the capper type and line speed. A cap that seals perfectly by hand and slips at 12,000 units an hour is the expensive kind of mistake.
A revised tool gets a new drawing revision and a new approval sample. You should never have to guess which version is in the carton.
What we need from you
None of it has to be final. Ranges and rough numbers are enough to start a specification.
Diameter and thread type. A photo with a caliper across the finish beats a description every time — and a sample bottle in the post beats the photo.
Still water, carbonated, hot-filled, oil or a supplement. It decides the resin, the liner and the torque band.
Annual quantity and the country you sell into, for pricing and for working out which test reports you will need from us.
Logo files in vector format if you want printing, plus any Pantone references you are matching to.
Development brief
A photo of the bottle neck is enough to start. We will confirm the neck size, the resin and the quantity before quoting anything.
