Built for a short thread
A lightweight neck gives the cap less thread to grip. Ours is cut on a tool we maintain in-house, which is what keeps the seal repeatable when the neck itself has nothing to spare.

Built for a short thread
A 30/25 closure for small PET drinking water bottles. The 30/25 finish exists to take weight out of the neck, so the cap has to seal on a shorter thread than a conventional 30 mm — which is exactly where a cheap tool starts to leak. Moulded in food-contact polypropylene, in stock colours or matched to yours.
