A 45 mm closure with three thread starts, for barrelled water lines that cap at speed. Three starts means the cap seats in roughly a third of a turn instead of a full one, which is what lets an inline capper keep up. The trade-off is shorter thread engagement, so torque has to be set for your line rather than copied from a catalogue.
